I paid OVER $300 for ONE night and this Lodge, has NO microwaves, NO laundry facilities, we never received out towels after over 2 hours, we had to go get them ourselves. Customer service was lack. No complimentary tooth brush or tooth paste. Lastly one of the elevators was broken and the floor of ALL of the were nasty and dirty for 2 days!!
