Not sure if you can help me but I have not received anything in mail saying that my claim is not ok and still not receiving money on my claim. Spoke to a young man that did not know what was going period, he should not have answered the phone. Very disappointed with this system called VEC that we have to work with while we are on unemployment dealing with Covid 19 as well. Someone please help VEC. ! Can not get the Appeal department to answer the phone, and when I call VEC, they say that they will call me back, but never do. What is going on ??? Thank you!
