I purchased a complete Viking appliance package about 5 months ago. The Viking microwave oven stopped working a few days after it was installed. After calling Viking and Pacific Sales where I purchase it and getting a runaround from both they finally sent out a repair man. They replaced a fuse and the micro started working again. A few days later it stopped working. I opened the touchpad and installed a new fuse. It worked for about 2 months and went out again. Six fuses later it still doesn’t work. I have had many microwave ovens over the years and never have a single problem. This was the most expensive, $1400.00, and it is a piece of junk. I would not recommend viking products nor will I ever buy that brand again.
