Very, very angry customer; not at all satisfied with your product

I purchased a Haven Walk-In tub from this company about 5 years ago that I absolutely hate. This company targeted me, a would-be retiree to buy into this piece of junk. The person they had to installed it obviously didn't know what he was doing. He convinced me to invest in an entirely new bathroom that depleted my savings at that time that wasn't done correctly. He lied throughout the process. I truly believe that he installed an used not new tub. This tub has caused me nothing but grief. Needing to have to replace my ceiling soon in my front room due to leakage. I am sick having to look up at it. I am furious. I plan to get Channel 10 involved to help me resolve this manner of malice. . User's recommendation: *** KNOW!!!!!!!!!
