VERY shoddy service.

On more than one occasion, scheduled pickups just never happened. In one case, the employee said she could not see the pick up on her system. In another instance, she said there was construction on the street and it was closed. Despite the fact that we are ten steps from the corner street where she could have parked. It was impossible to get any decent response from Customer service personnel and despite a promise, the Manager never bothered to call us back. The general impression is that Canpar does not care about its customers. User's recommendation: Pay the extra if necessary and save yourself hypertension by using another company.
