the house we rent from invitation homes is fine except they use a 3rd party for your water, sewage and garbage, so you never see a bill and they charge you every month so you never know if the amount is accurate. These three utility companies bill three months at a time so I am not sure how they come up with figures. Invitation is not help with asking questions about this because they refer you to the company that does the billing and their response is "Because the way it's bill you are always in the rear", which is a BS response. They refuse to send you a copy of the actual bill and will send you their make shift one. I just recently went to pay my rent and noticed that the water bill was doubled for one month which first, how can you charge me for one month if the bill is every three months and its winter how did we use more water.
