When booking with Howard Johnson it doesnt require you to pay online. I do overnights and was looking to check in after I left work so therefore I booked for the night before and the night I would be in attendance. By the time I was going to leave work I was notified it was cancelled. I called Howard Johnson in Newburgh to try to resolve the issue so I can have somewhere to stay. The male employee was so rude it made me feel like less of a man. Like I wanted to go up there personally and put my hands on him. Dont know him never met him. He just kept echoing the phrase what did you expect. Basically like he didnt care at all. User's recommendation: Don’t go here unless you have a strong will power and restraint or you will end up in jail for assault.
