Have a rain check from 1/23/2021 for and elliptical and have been told so many conflicting answers as to why they do not have the item. Was told they dont give rain checks,was told they dont get shipments regularly,was told I would get call backs about availability of product, was told I could come in to store again and put money down and they will order item then. This item has been in their sale flyers for a month and with 200.00 difference in price since my Rain Check!! I have never gotten a call back or any response from them. HOW CAN THEY ADVERTISE AN ITEM AND NOT HAVE THEM FOR THE CUSTOMER AS PROMISED!!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT DUNHAMS IN GREEN BAY!!! POOR SERVICE!!!!!!! User's recommendation: DO NOT SHOP THERE!!
