Very poor response for 3 months to migration loss of Nest Aware

Did a migration from Nest to Home. Was immediately notified that I had cancelled Nest Aware. Efforts to re-buy Nest Aware have been fruitless. Just get an error message. Have been trying to find anyone at Google to fix the problem for 3 months Have asked them to refund camera purchase price so I can go elsewhere. No response. My first serious disappointment with Google.
