Very poor customer care

I ordered two items from Shapermint Im the beginning of June and did not receive my order. Im the beginning of July I decided to reach out see what was going on. When I sent them an email, I would receive an automated response back, I would receive so many automated emails inquiring whether my issue was resolved. Each time I would respond no and email my concern to them again. This went on for an entire month before anyone reached out. It is now mid July and I still have received my order! User's recommendation: Don’t waste your time with this brand.
