Very low internet connectivity

Good afternoon. I would like to request to please check our internet connection because i am having a problem in my daily work especially if i am working from home. I am promptly paying my PLDT FIBR account with account number 023218**** but it is disappointing that you cannot give us good services. It's been a long time that my internet connection is very poor. Hope you can give justice to your humble client. Thank you.
