Very inadequate customer service

Trying to port my number to Fido. Freedom cancelled my number but they say its possible to port. Other agents saying it cant be. Nobody knows what theyre doing. Told I could receive an email to manually port since the number is cancelled and I cant receive the text. Being told that was wrong information. Who knows what theyre actually doing there? Wish I got paid to tell people *** User's recommendation: AVOID.
