Update by user Jan 21, 2020 To date, I’m still having a lot of leaks. Leaks are also in sections that I never had before. I don’t feel that my roof needed to be replaced. This company just took my money and left me in worse situation than I was. Jason came to my house and assessed the situation. He provided me with a quote to fix the leaks. This quote included replacing my roof and a section of my eaves. After completing the work, six weeks later, I’m still having leaks and is now being told by the company that it’s normal. They damaged several sections of my eaves to which they only replaced one and is claiming that the other section was damaged by the original installer. Not true, because pic before shows no damage. This company used brown drip edge without asking me to choose a color. I would have chosen white. I thought they ought to have known that drip edge is a trim and should match fascia and eaves. Now my roof looks like you are looking down a toilet pit. The vents looks lopsided. This company is now claiming that the leaks are caused by the poor installation of the eaves by the original installer and they are not responsible. They were hired to fix the problem. This company work is very sloppy. It would appear as if they don’t know what they are doing. They are very dishonest and deceptive. I need them to change the drip edge to white because the brown looks disgusting.
