When you make a call expect to be on the phone no less than 20 minutes. Be prepared to make at least 3 calls for the same prescription. However, this last time it was 6. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing. When I finally got this last prescription issue resolved and received my prescription, 2 weeks later I received a call that my doctor called in a prescription that wasn't cover by the insurance ----- I called back not knowing what the prescription was or which doctor called it in ----they had no record of me being called or any other prescription being called in. presc User's recommendation: If at all possible, avoid this company.
