Very disappointing unsatisfactory customer service

After years as a TracFone customer I am completely dissatisfied with poorly trained unresponsive inconsistent customer service. I upgraded my iPhones with the assistance of their agent. They sent the wrong phones, I was informed I was required to pay the freight back despite it was clearly their error. Its been weeks theyve had my unopened sealed iPhones back yet no refund?? They still have my $1200 and no one can give me a straight answer. I was told 3-5 days, then 2 weeks then even 30 days or more. Who can make a decision? Calling CEO tomorrow this is crazy!!!
