Very disappointed in the service

I purchased the Kore health watch, but discovered you have to be a tech guru to set it up. I've been trying to follow their online instructions, but they are way too complicated for a tech dummy like me. To make matters worse, they don't have a phone number to ask for more direct help. User's recommendation: much better set up instructions needed.
