I ended up in Margate office instead of Cypress -been going to Cypress for 7 yrs. Dr. Jerold A.Mills did a brief eye exam on me-told me I didn't have Mac Degeneration/Glaucoma-I ended up with reading/distance glasses-upon picking them up-lady said I have to take Lumigan Drops cause I Have Glaucoma? I said-Mills said I didn't have it-I rec'd 2 pairs of glasses-reading glasses have been sitting in the case for months now-can;t see out of them-Dr @ Cypress did new exam & it was so different.I sat with dark-haired girl in corner where U go to select glasses- -she had another lady take glasses I guess to get reading -girl asked me WHERE R the Purple glasses? I said-I never SAW any purple glasses @the Margate office-Well, it's in the system she said-THIS ENTIRE EYE EXAM IS WRONG-THE SCRIPT WAS WRONG-LADY SITTING BEHIND THIS GIRL-TOLD ME NOT TO TALK ABOUT HER CO-WORKERS AS I WAS COMPLAINING ABOUT HOW upset I was- I said-Don't Yell at me- SHE said-I'm not yelling -U would know if I was yelling-blond chunky girl-I was embarrassed cause people were around *I never was shown Purple glasses cause I would have chosen those for reading. I now have glasses on that are 2 years old-I called spoke to Holly & Monday another girl-she said she would look into it-causet tha dark haired girl told me she had to call Corporate(Cypress isCorporate) & it would take one week!So I am supposed to wear glasses that R 2 yrs old-damage my eyesight more- Had Dr.Mills tell me I didn't have Macular Degeration & I should report him to the Board-butNO ONE THINKS YOU NEED TO GIVE ME 2 NEW PAIRS OF GLASSES SINCE DR MILLS WAS WRONG-READING/DISTANCE-GIVE ME PURPLE ONES SINCE GIRL INSISTED I HAD THEM-YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO CARE ABOUT PPL EYES?? DON'T SEEM ANYONE CARES ABOUT MINE? THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE ASAP*i'VE BEEN CUSTOMER FOR 7YEARS NEVER TREATED THIS BADLY.CAN SOMEONE HELP ME OR WHAT DO I DO?
