We bought a Couch from Overstock.com with a warranty and the Couch is nothing like they describe or show pics of. It's so uncomfortable it actually hurts to sit on and the cushions are so flat nothing like they are shown. I called Overstock and the Warranty Company but they shrug it off. I will have to throw it out. All I wanted was a credit to get something different but they don't care .. User's recommendation: Never ever buy the L-Shape Couch d.
