Update by user Mar 12, 2021 Nothing new Original review posted by user Mar 11, 2021 Very poor informed service agents regarding internet plans. They lied to me or just do not understand the plans. I was told I could keep my plan of 30mps upload speeds. No, it was reduced to 10 with no other options. Bad Cox! User's recommendation: If you have a choice, go elsewhere.
