Okay, i ordered the Yes Finishing touch. Well i read the instructions and it said to fully charge before using. When it was fully charged i wanted to use the micro head for stubble. I took the other head off and got the micro head and before i could attempt to put it on it actually fell apart in my hand.I called and they said i was not in there system and they where not doing anything for me!!!!!! me User's recommendation: dont buy this product.
