Very bad and slow customer service!

I returned an item and was expecting to receive an email notification of my return, but that never happen. Three times I called the customer service and every time they kept me waiting for over 25 minutes to know the status of my return, then they said they have no idea until I gave them the tracking number of ups. They said they can’t send an email of returns since they have too many returns and that I would’ve to wait 10 days until my return is issued! 25 minutes wasting my time to receive that answer! Customer service is very very very bad! Always keep your tracking number as a proof for your return, do not trust their credibility!
