Tried to call this number 1 71* 671 **** . A recorded message states “this number is not set up to take calls”!!! What??? Miscommunication

When buying produce it was listed as: Dermalogica Professional size Skin Prep Scub, which is 6 ounces. However, when paying for product it showed 2.5 fluid ounces.
