Vape pen 22 does not stay together

I was gifted a SMOK vape pen 22 and when I assembled my vape pen 22 the top does not screw down tightly causing it to pop off and spill the juice all over the place. I have another vape pen 22 and it works great. Can you please contact me for a solution to my problem. Thank you.
