Although I previously gave WCA a rating of "1" based on trash sanitation pickup workers vandalizing my trash cart (valued at $69.99 from Home Depot), The WCA manager that I had followed up with about the incident was highly professional and courteous, notified me on the delivery date range of the replacement trash cart, and replaced my trash cart within a very reasonable time frame. Rating is now 4/5. overall overall rating to a "4" User's recommendation: If you have issue with WCA's services, contact Anne at HCA. You may have to get your HOA involved first to get the appropriate WCA's manager..
