Urgent problem

Update by user Jun 13, 2021 my luggage is still lost Original review posted by user Jun 10, 2021 1. My original direct flight was canceled and no one from KIWI / WIZZ AIR didn't let me know. I found out about it mistakenly from my friend. 2. Even after what happened, and although it was just 8 days before my flight date, KIWI didn't take any responsibility. They told me i can switch my flight to a transit flight that cost more money, and was a transit flight that stops at Warsaw without informing me that it will cause me to quarantine. That alone was enough to ruin my trip. 3. Although I am sure that i ordered 20 kg luggage for my ticket (as I did in my original flight and have a proof of that) I found out at the airport that i only have option to take 10 kg and i had to pay extra 60 EURO. I tried to call KIWI from the airport, but no one answered. 4. My luggage is lost! When i arrived to London, it wasn't there. Once again- there was no answer from KIWI and the airplane company ("WIZZ") costumer help, wasn't at the airport at all. I called them, and they told me on the phone that i should write a complaint on the web. When i asked them to help me find the luggage and to bring it to me- they said they can't help. i have a record of the call, and it is just unbelievable. After few more calls- i found out that my luggage is probably at Warsaw and THA i was expected to take it from there. first- that is my first time in my life that the luggage dost get directly to the final destination. i have ordered a flight to London- not to Warsaw! Secondly- due to the COVID-19 , there was no option for me to get into Poland (they have different rules their from UK) and when i got to Warsaw i was directed to the line of people that just stop in poland for transit but not going to stay at poland. Fo those people- there was no approach to the luggage at all! Until today- i am not eve sure where my luggage is. User's recommendation: i wouldnt recommend it at all.
