I came here to report unsolicited purchases from Grab Makati last July 8, 2021 around 3 pm The agent James claimed he was from BPI to increase my credit limit however to my surprise there was 2 transactions from Grab makati at 3:11pm 30, 000php and 3:16pm 20, 000php which to my surpised was credited to my BPI credit card account. I reported this as well to BPI and mentioned to report directly to your merchandise. Hoping for your prompt response Sincerely Christine Rhea Igna [protected]
