Unsealed pouch

Purchased Pal Mal tobacco price £12.00. On opening noticed there was no sticker seal on outside of pouch. and only one zip seal whereas there are usually 2 on first opening. The tobacco inside is very dry, which suggests this is very old stock. Ways round it I know but for the price of this felt should complain. This packet is not a enjoyable smoke.
