I was sold 8 units of cool sculpting after completing my laser hair removal package by Doreen Capozziello who verbally promised me that Id get my appointment before June. After failing to give me any appointment at Willow grove she transferred my case to Rebecca Smdornstein who promised me in writing to get me an appointment in May. Ive not heard from either and am wanting to cancel my relationship with ideal image if I cant get an appointment before I leave on a one week trip tonight. Its over 4,000$ which is a lot of money of money for me. I feel as if Ive been taken advantage of by Doreen and that I should NOT have trusted her.
