Unsavory business pratice!

After initial service was told would receive service every 5 weeks for 10 months. Receive email that service agent would be at my house on Tuesday. Sent return email requested for Wednesday visit when I would be home. Received email in return that they did not accept emails. THEN, received email that service agent had serviced my home. Did not service inside!! Wife was home and did not come to door. Received bill for service. $99.99. Invoice showed arrived 8:59 and departed at 9:08 . Billed for entired service. Never moved traps to check. Snow was on containers. NEVERED MOVED! No footprints next to containers. After 5 phone calls, To cancell service.No return calls. Managers do not return calls!!. I was informed that they did not cancel due to no contrual work. Said I would have to pay 50% of remaining contract. Oh they offered to return and give different service. My comment: I don't deal with unsavory business.
