Item Ordered Availability- Ordered In Stock slip covered Emory Sofa February 2021. Sales Associate( Geri Zatcoff) not store manager (Laurie Bamford) did not once contact me to update my order status. I repeatedly - monthly contacted them. I was told each time that the in stock sofa was now further delayed. The estimated new delivery for the in stock sofa was now September 2021. User's recommendation: Do not shop here!
