Unsatisfactory services from Utararia Development

i am owner of koi tropikal service condominiums. My car park was parked by another car for one and half year. it is unfair to me as an owner not to have a flexible car parking. My husband and me are forced to look for paring every day. It is very inconvenient for us. I had complained to our management office and security guard many times. But they try to push the responsibility to each other. it makes us very unhappy and unsatisfactory. We as a owner have the right to have a flexible car park. please arrange a new car parking for me
