My Parents signed a contract with Global Adventures for a timeshare. They are now being harassed to pay extra costs despite the fact that they have never used the timeshare. Neither phone nor money.

On February 10, I bought a phone in the online store 1a.info. It delivered to me in two days, it seemed cool, everything so fast and cheap. However, when I opened and turned on the phone, I found a defect. I called the online store, told me to deliver it to them and then they would give me back either the money or the same new phone. The inconvenience started with the fact that I had to pay to deliver them the phone. On February 16, I delivered the 1a.info phone. An acceptance certificate was drawn up on the spot, in which it was mentioned that this process will be a maximum of 30 days. The site also asked what I wanted me to return for the same new phone or money. Of course, I agreed to send the same new. Said whereas 14 days have not elapsed since the purchase, then I will be contacted within a few days and will send a new phone free of charge. A few days have passed, no news from the store. I will write them an e-mail when. I was told that there was no answer from the service yet. So I waited for a few more days and still, from time to time I called and corresponded. There was no initiative on their part, if I did not ask, no one would let me know. time when I had to receive a phone or money.However, I am so answered that there is no confirmation from the service to them that can return me the money or phone.In some respects I have to wait for some confirmation from the service if I bought the phone instead of service. I wrote to them that I don't want a phone anymore, but money, because who knows will return the same repaired phone to me instead of a new one.And it is advertised that you can give up the product within 14 days and get your money back. As if, just a fairy tale.
