Unsatisfactory manager

I feel I got taken on a order after I had to call back to get a refund on a piece and the attitude on the phone I just felt awful about the whole thing I changed my mind and manager refused to give me a total refund let me tell you a bonus shouldnt let you loose a customer. I think when they say a customer is right even after I should her she over charged me I wouldve said yes I will give you back a total refund to make the customer feel will she trying to undo the broken trust and keep me wanting to go buy from her. Hope everyone else got the 30% off deal until the end of may. User's recommendation: Nope.
