On two occasions, service representatives were unpleasant and unhelpful. On the second occasion, the representative from whom I sought assistance in scanning documents, was insulting to the point that I was nearly moved to tears. I was so distraught that I brought my son on line to deal with your representative. Although the problem was ultimately resolved, your representative was also abrasive and unpleasant with my son.
