I called several times due to the USPS returning my medications as undeliverable 99% of the time. I asked that they ship them UPS since no other resolution was offered. They told me they could do that but I would have to pay 6.99 per order I told them to cancel my prescriptions . Tired of playing Russian Roulette!!!!!! User's recommendation: Stay away from Humana mail pharmacy.
