I read so many reviews claiming this hotel is a must spot, but the reality disappointed me a bit. My wife and I decided to book a room with them for 3 days only. We found it cozy, as the location combines many cool spots, parks, cafes, and coffee shops which my wife totally loves. We had the best experience ever during the 2 days, but the last day of staying turned out to be a disaster. The staff seemed rude sometimes whenever we kindly asked about booking a taxi or simply wanted to order breakfast to the room. Besides, room service tables always arrived dirty. We understand that the issue was busy hours, and a fully-booked hotel but at least one small apology would be nice.
