Unprofessional company…no communication or follow through

There is NO communication from company. They will not return messages left on cell phone or work number. I have called, texted and emailed and no one responds. I have been waiting for more than a month for them to fix improper install. I am paying monthly service for alarm with thermostat but now my heat won't turn on and I'm freezing because of improper install. Camera took 5 visits to install. There is always an excuse of why they can't get the job done. They never come when they say they will. Nightmare. I have never worked with such an unprofessional company. Do not use them!
