Unprofessional British school Swim boca location

We bought my 11 month old son a Groupon to test out some classes and it has been a bad experience. When you buy the Groupon it doesn't state that you have to pick your class time in advance and that you will only be able to attend that day. With an 11 month old we were looking for some flexibility. But we picked our days and showed up on time. After I had expressed this frustration to Jackie she seemed bothered by my comments. When we arrived at our next scheduled class she was completely rude to me & my son. She acted as if we were not in the class and only addressed her attention to the one other child in the class. I have text messages proving the dates and times we agreed to yet she kept having the girls in the office email me and say we were done with our Groupon when in fact we had one session left. At this time, I had already purchased a package at fui price and still she continued to lie or be unorganized both of which are unprofessional. I am seeking a refund for my package which we purchased at full price because it's not a positive environment for my son nor for us.
