Unprofessional and rude behavior @ waterbury Auto store

I am a regular customer of Sears Auto. I bought a set of 4 continental Pure Contact tires from Sears Waterbury on Oct 2015. they had 70000 mile rating. 28th September 2018 when I took my vehicle to to the store, they told me that the tires are worn off and need replacement. it was around 40000 miles on them. When I asked for warranty, they have shown me a lot of reasons why I cant get the warranty. but they offered me $40 prorated discount per tire. I did not like the tires they had in store and asked if I can get the tires from Sears.com. The store manager got furious on this question and told me he wont give me any discount as I am not buying the tires from him. I asked how you are different from Sears.com. he was so rude and arrogant in reply, I did not talk to him and left the store. from then on, I call several times to the customer service, every time I heard that District supervisor will call me to resolve my problem, but its been 4 weeks, I am still waiting for the call. I call them every week and get the same answer. Frustrating experience
