On 6/29/2021 at 3:49 pm, Tuesday at the Severn location in Metairie, LA, I Cynthia M. Jeanmarie @ 504-258-****, patiently waited to be served, however while trying to make a selection the older white employee, stop serving me to go and service a white couple that came in after me and was complaining about the frame sale ad. However, I have spent thousands of dollars on glasses, and Dr. visits through my job's insurances. I am irate that this type of racism still exits, I deserve a formal apology and a reduce discount for the disrespectful way I was treated.
