ATTN : Sheick AHMED A A AL HAMAD - CEO of BURGAN for WELL DRILLING - Kuwait I am compelled to post this letter to remind and to make You and „ BURGAN for Well Drilling-Kuwait „ officials aware that there are already more than 3 years delay in payment of 44116, 68 $US for the interview held in 2010 in Romania, our agency recruitment services and candidates departure processing . Since 2010, in over 100 phone conversations and emails, all BURGAN officials (Mr. Anis Uddin, Mr.Ali Abdal, Mr. Iman Sharman, Mr. Pooyath, Mrs.Fowzia Nazir, Mr.Farooq Ahmed ) informed us that they can not make the payment because BURGAN’s CEO – Sheick AHMED AL HAMAD do not approve the payment ! I have tried many time to spoke with BURGAN’s CEO, but secretary told me every time that she has instructions „to not put me on the line with the CEO” !! Also, in the last 6 months, in our phone conversations, Mr. MOUSTAFA ISMAIL –Vice President, Operations, promised that he will try to solve this unpleasant situation and the payment, but up to today, 25th Feb 2014 still not any payment done. In the last 3 weeks I tried many times to contact him but he refused to answer any of my phone calls. I will continue to post this letter till we receive an answer or your comments.Unfortunately, I saw on LinkedIn that there are many other companies unpaid by the company ”BURGAN for Well Drilling – Kuwait” Therefore we kindly request you to approve the payment or a part of the whole amount .
