Unnecessary deduction of money

On 14.08.2021 I received sms from OLA for deduction of Rs.240/- from my Ola money wallet without any booking or travelling by me. It is pertinent to note that no ride details for dated 14.08.2021 for Rs.240/- is shown on my OLA account. I have also send email in this regard to OLA on their email id at support@***.com but no reply has been received by me. I had never expected such act from OLA. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest as it is affecting public interest at large. User's recommendation: Don't take a ride with OLA.
