Unjustified closures of accounts

Had a charge of $24.99 on Visa, asked for dispute, Executive Office Mgr Hildegard interfered, wanted to cancel CC, sending a replacement in 9 days. Told her, I handle it myself, was able to get charges reversed. Closure of all accounts followed w/o reason. Followed letters dated 6/23/21 closure date 7/23/21, received 6/28/21. Not enough time transferring to another time. Unable to contact them on phone, told to go to branch. Worst bank I have been dealing with. Lots of mistakes, Reps seem to have min. knowledge of CS issues, had to correct myself, along with tech problems with its Categories' issues since April/May, was told by the above would take another 4 months. User's recommendation: Don't be patient with PNC, like I did, and chose another bank with better CS. Avoid this bank by all cost.
