Thanks and have a nice day Update by user Jan 31, 2013 I stating this so course smart could improve there service and to make aware anything you should be aware of Original review posted by user Jan 31, 2013 Good Evening, Here is my story on bad customer service on course smart. You would think after reading there main page saying that they're etextbook is exactly like the text book would be true. SO I bought one of there textbooks I checked page for page and found quite a few missing pages in my textbook. After learning about this I try getting into contact with them through the 24/7 chat to get a refund. I kept trying and trying to get in contact with them though this service after twenty tries i finally got in. I try to return this book at this point and bang you cant read more then twenty percent to read this book(plus 14 days to return) I was like wtf. If you have any questions I would gladly respond at e**************@gmail.com If you are a university student who wants the complete book for more then the first 20% then dont go with this service
