I went to eat to the Restaurant 175 Northampton st holyoke, Ma and a server without name tag working with food in the kitchen touching the food and placed in the plate without gloves then cleaned hands several times in her apron that was nasty dirty then bring the food to the customer. Then go to the kitchen again without wash her hands and touch the salad and and the tortilla and prepare the wrap without gloves exposing posible enviromental virus or allergic food reactions. I was sit front on the open frame where is the kitchen It was a guy with her preparing the food but this guy wearing his gloves except her.
