Email address in system but have never received an email. Apparently my address is in their system twice hence staff blaming that, no one will correct their error.

No contact from David Jones even though I requested conformation of error correction. I do not understand why firstly my email address was duplicated and secondly why someone cannot delete one. I have been a loyal customer of David Jones for 50years, this is not how you treat your customers.
