Unhappy with treatment and staff failing to do thier job

They took 250 dollars from my account. They were in the wrong for doing that. I didn't have enough money left in my account to book another room that night so I had to sleep outside. It was cold and raining. They put me in a room that that was scheduled for maintenance. When it was time to check out , we were not giving a call or anything so I slept to 130 pm. I woke up and went up front and told them and that when I found out that the staff didn't come check us out because the room wasn't supposed to be occupied. I didn't get my money back for four days. It caused my account to go into the negative
