Unhappy with product and customer service representatives

Oct 2018 bought sofa bed with air mattress, used for the first time last week Today I’m deflating mattress with electric control and is not working. Phoned Star office in Houston spoke with Cecilia at Customer Service and she scheduled a service call by a technician. When I explained the problem she made me feel that I was lying, terrible way to treat a customer. These people need to have training in dealing with customers not to treat these calls as a battle field but to listen and offer a good solution.
