Unhappy Merchant Account Client

I have been banking with BBVA for over 30 years and I requested a merchant account. After several weeks of struggling to get an account established with First Data (their third party provider) we sent two charges totally $30,000. After a week of trying to get our money funded to our account at BBVA, we were told many lies and they are now holding our money. We confirmed that the monies have been removed from our client's account, but First Data is sitting on the money. We have provided all of the backup for the charges, but they still have not respond. I spoke with the regional rep, but he could not resolve the situation today. When we questioned the situation, the person in Risk Management told my staff person they could hold the money up to 180 days! That is a great way to run a small business out of business. I am concerned about making payroll this next week. I do not warrant this type of treatment from First Data.
