Ordered ( approximately ) my 20th set if not more tires from Discount tire Wake forest. They never called me to tell me that they had come in 5 hours earlier, I had to call them to follow up. Then they made me wait 3 hours to get them installed, while other people would come in and out after I had been sitting there for over an hour. There was open bays and still no service. I will probably call Ronnie Whites tire and auto repair for the next set I need I certainly thought that after 10+ years being a loyal customer it would have made a differance. Apparently it doesn't mean a hill of beans. I mean after all. I can spend my money anywhere. And that is what I'm going to do. YOUR FIRED!!!!! User's recommendation: Don't waste your time. Being a loyal customer dosen't mean anything.
